Sports Leaders
Students in the Sixth Form have the opportunity to gain the Sports Leader Level 2 Award in Year 12 and then graduate onto Level 3 Award of Higher Sports Leaders (which also carries 16 UCAS points) in Year 13.
As part of the awards, voluntary hours in the community helping young people and the disabled are accumulated. Both local schools and the local council are involved in this scheme. Students are able to develop many important softer skills, such as communication, organisation, planning, flexibility, co-operation and leadership.
Kings Priory School has developed strong links with various agencies, who all appreciate the dedication and maturity of our students.
