Holiday Club and Inset Days
May and Summer Holiday Club 2024 are available to book now!
Bookings closure dates
May - Monday 29 April at 6pm.
Summer - Friday 5 July at 6pm.
Inset Days
Inset days can be booked from around the end of April for the following academic year.
There is a partial opening for school Tuesday 3 September 2024 for Reception, Year 7 and Year 12 only. OOSC will open as holiday club on this day for all other year groups.

When selecting your child's chosen activity you may notice a drop down that allows you to select Group A or Group B and so on. This is merely for admin purposes. If you would like your child to be in the same group as their friend then please get in touch with us. We have also included how to do this in our user guide.
Please carefully choose your child's activity as once they have been made it is not possible to make changes. You may find is useful to chat with your child to understand what they would prefer to do and maybe also base your choice on what their friend may also be doing.

How to book Holiday Club - Quick User Guide
New users please refer to our complete user guide for details on how to register your account or login to an existing account. The portal will allow to book a Kings Priory School child or you may register an account for any external children.

The club is available to all children who attend Kings Priory School from Reception to Year 8. We also welcome external pupils from other schools.
We are based on the First School site.Children will arrive and leave from the Out of School Club on the First School site.
Children aged 8 and above will go to our Huntington Place site for their sports activities. They will access our sports hall, dance studio and drama studio and take part in activities such as Trampoline, Climbing wall and various sports.
Holiday Club is an ideal time for children to spend time with friends and family and enjoy fun activities together.

Holiday Club is available to book through our online Parents Portal.

Holiday Club Fees
We welcome all children to holiday club. You don't have to be Kings Priory School pupil to attend.
It's an ideal time for friends and family to get together and enjoy fun activities.

Holiday Club - when are we open?
- One week in February half term
- Second week of Easter
- 3 days during May half term
- 4 weeks of the Summer holidays
- Two weeks of October half-term
- Most Inset Days.

What We Provide
Children attending will be offered breakfast with a choice of cereal or toast. During the holidays breakfast is served from 8am until 8.45am.
We also provide a healthy afternoon snack from the fruit bowl. Fresh drinking water is available at all times.
What do we need to bring?
Each child must be provided with a packed lunch and a water bottle along with a morning snack.
During Holiday Club it is essential that you provide your child with a clearly labelled and refillable water bottle. This should be in addition to any drink that you may have provided for their lunch.
It is also useful to send your child to OOSC with bag/back pack. Children can be very creative during the holidays and it’s helpful to have something to put their wonderful creations in.
Activity Information
The OOSC is open from 8am until 6pm.
Activities will start promptly at 9am and run until 4pm.
Sessions are delivered by specialist coaches and by our OOSC staff.
Children can choose in advance, when booking, which activities they would like to take part in. Activities are appropriate to the age of the child.
Children aged 8 and over will access the Sports Hall and Dance Studio on Huntingdon Place site to provide sessions for sports, Trampoline and Climbing Wall.
