Introduction
The Year Groups for entry into Kings Priory School Out of School Club are:
• Reception to Year 8
New Starters in Reception - September 2024
School places will be offered to parents on Tuesday 16 April 2024. North Tyneside Council (NTC) will send us a list confirming who has accepted places and will be joining Reception in September 2024 after the deadline date of 2 May 2024.
Once we have the list we will be in touch with you. This will be via email using the email address which you used to apply to NTC. We will contact you from oosc@kps.woodard.co.uk so please ensure that you check you junk folder.
Please be aware that the date and time will be entered on all booking forms submitted to us and if the OOSC provision becomes oversubscribed then places will be allocated according the order on which they were received i.e. on a first come first serve basis.
There are currently places available on Monday, Thursday and Friday and very limited places on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Admission Criteria
Criteria for the allocation of place at OOSC are as follows:
- If you have siblings who already attend OOSC then you will be given priority.
- Staff children.
- All other children
Applications for places to the Out of School Club should be made using the term time booking form. They are available here
