Bookings
Applications for places to the Out of School Club should be made using the booking form. They are available on the Kings Priory School website – www.kingsprioryschool.co.uk.
Once completed please email to oosc@kps.woodard.co.uk.

New Reception Starters - September 2026
National offer day for Reception is 16 April 2026. Shortly after this, usually around the end of April, North Tyneside Council will send us the list of pupils that have accepted places. Once we have this we will contact you via email. This will be the email that you have used on your application.
We shall email you from oosc@kps.woodard.co.uk. Please this email address to your address book so that the email does not go into your junk/spam folder.
Please be aware that the date and time will be entered on all booking forms submitted to us and if the OOSC provision becomes oversubscribed then places will be allocated according the order on which they were received i.e. on a first come first serve basis.
