Public Sector Equality Duty Statement

In line with the Woodard Academies Trust Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy

as part of our commitment under the Public Sector Equality Duty, the Kings Priory School PSED Objectives 2025-2029 are as follows:

  • Collect and review EDI data across our academy to identify areas of under or over representation within workforce and action plan at local level where required. Measurement to reflect local and sector norms
  • Review Gender Pay Gap metrics and action plan at local level where required to reduce the gap in line with sector norms.
  • Respond to and implement policy and procedure directly relating to incoming employment law legislation.
  • Utilise the Woodard Academy Trust Equality Impact Assessment as required to ensure inclusive practice across areas of policy and practice.
