It is about 14 miles (23 km) west of Alnwick and is located near the source of the River Aln.

Visit the Hazelton Rigg Wood in late spring/early summer and witness the massive carpet of bluebells, keep your eyes peeled for king fishers and wood peckers, otters, badges and deer.
About Alnham Fieldhouse
Alnham has recently undergone refurbishment which involved a fully refitted shower block, the conversion of a twin room to become an internal shower room, new flooring throughout, and two new sofa beds to the first floor and brand new luxury mattresses to all the bunk beds. The fieldhouse sleeps 20 people making it ideal for large groups of walkers, brownie or scout groups, team building, or for families and friends to get together.
Each bedroom consists of bunk bed style accommodation with luxury mattresses.

Alnham has a fully functional kitchen. There is a dishwasher, large fridge, double oven and hob, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware. There is no washing machine. Tables and chairs are set out to allow you to eat together or collapse for smaller groups.
There is a room at the end of the hallway for you store belongings and in Room 1 a drying cupboard. Each of the bunks have space to store clothes underneath. The hallway also has space to hang coats.
There is a shower room and toilet within the house.
In the external building there are shower and toilet areas that may be used for separate female or male use. They both include wash basins and are fully central heated.
There are 2 large corner sofa beds on the mezzanine floor and ikea chairs and footstools to put your feet up. There is a TV and DVD player. A range of board games and books are available too. If you're planning to explore there are lots a maps to help you plan your route!

Single bed fitted/flat sheet, duvet or sleeping bag, pillows, Towels, Tea Towels, Cleaning products including dishwasher tablets (cleaning or toilet products must not include bleach. Must be septic tank friendly – please ask if you are unsure)
